Return & Refund Policy

Returns

We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original packaging and in sellable condition.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used balloon packages
  • Custom or special order items
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Help@Balloonmerchant.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and credited to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for a different color or size, please return the original item and place a new order.

Email us at Help@Balloonmerchant.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide instructions for sending the item back.
