Shipping Information

Same-Day Shipping

Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST Monday–Friday ship the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST or on weekends/holidays will ship the next business day.

Carrier

All orders are shipped via UPS with tracking and delivery without signature. If you prefer UPS with required signature, an additional cost applies — please contact us before ordering.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, while transport fees vary according to total weight. We recommend grouping your items into one order to minimize shipping costs.

Packaging

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected. We take special care with fragile balloon products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a UPS tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way.
